Clients text orders in. AI agents turn them into shifts, rank your worker pool, text offers in waves, confirm the first yeses, chase reminders, backfill call-offs, and onboard new hires by text. Your dispatcher works the exceptions — an approvals queue, a live board, and a shared inbox.
Built for light-industrial staffing: warehouse, production, events, janitorial.
How it works
A client texts “need 6 pickers Saturday 7–3:30 at the DC.” The intake agent extracts position, dates, times, headcount, site, rate, and requirements — and asks you only when something’s missing or ambiguous.
The dispatch agent ranks your pool — reliability, distance, client familiarity, fairness — filters out conflicts and credentials, then texts offers in waves. First yeses win; the rest are released automatically. Call-offs get backfilled immediately.
Every agent decision lands in the activity log with its reasoning. Anything that needs a person — a new order, a hire, a no-show risk — waits in one approvals queue. Hiring and activation decisions are always yours; they can’t be switched to auto.
The agents
Each agent does its job autonomously and knows exactly when to hand off to a person.
Reads order texts and emails, extracts every detail into a structured order, and flags anything ambiguous for you.
Ranks workers, texts offers in waves with reply codes, confirms first yeses under a row lock, expires stale offers, sends reminders, backfills call-offs.
Screens applicants with 8 text questions and scores a rubric that quotes the applicant’s own words. The hire decision is always human.
Texts safety trainings and quizzes, chases stragglers, and connects payroll setup through Check. Activation is always your call.
Scores every worker nightly from completions, no-shows, late call-offs, and supervisor ratings — with a plain-language explanation.
Texts supervisors “how did the crew do?” after each shift, parses ratings and named issues, and drafts the weekly report.
Classifies every inbound text — offer reply, call-off, running late, question, new order — and honors STOP/HELP/START instantly. Anything unclear goes to your inbox.
Compliance first
Consent before every text. Agents never text anyone without recorded consent — an apply-page checkbox, an import attestation, or a per-worker record.
STOP means stop. Opt-outs are honored immediately, at the provider level and in the app. START opts back in.
Quiet hours. Agent-initiated texts pause 9pm–7am branch time by default. Urgent same-day replies are exempt.
PII protection. SSNs and bank numbers texted by mistake are deleted before storage. Payroll details are collected only through Check’s secure page.
Pricing
Per-branch pricing, not per-seat — because the whole point is needing fewer seats. 14-day free trial.
SMS usage passed through at cost. Setup & worker-pool import assistance available. Cancel anytime.
FAQ
The first confirmation wins — acceptance locks the shift row, so two simultaneous yeses can’t both take the slot. The other worker is told the shift filled and gets the next offer.
No. Hiring and worker activation decisions are locked to humans — they can’t be switched to automatic. Every other “auto vs. ask” switch is configurable per branch in Settings.
The router agent classifies every inbound text. Anything it can’t confidently handle lands in your shared inbox as “needs a reply” — nothing gets mishandled silently.
Yes — in sandbox mode nothing is sent, every text is recorded, and you can simulate replies to watch the agents work. Without an AI key, every agent runs on its deterministic rules path.
People do — by design. The onboarding checklist tracks I-9 document checks and background checks as staff tasks with your existing providers. Payroll itself runs in Check.
