The service

Capstone Staffing is software operated by Capstone Tech ("we", "us") that staffing branches ("customers") use to recruit applicants, schedule workers, and communicate with them, including by text message. By using the service, customers agree to these terms.

Customer responsibilities

• Customers are responsible for the lawfulness of their own hiring, scheduling, and communication practices, including obtaining any consent required before texting workers.
• Customers must have authority to upload worker contact details they import into the service.
• Decisions marked for human review — including hiring and worker activation — are the customer's responsibility.

The service, as-is

The service uses automated agents to parse messages, rank workers, and send texts on the customer's behalf. We work to make it reliable, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or missed shifts; our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior three months.

Billing

Paid plans bill monthly per branch after a 14-day free trial. SMS usage is passed through at cost. You can cancel anytime; service continues to the end of the paid period.

SMS Terms

These disclosures apply to text messages sent through Capstone Staffing.

Program

Capstone Staffing, operated by Capstone Tech, sends text messages on behalf of staffing branches to job applicants and workers who have agreed to receive them. Messages cover your application and screening questions, shift offers, shift confirmations and reminders, and onboarding. We do not send marketing messages.

How you opt in

You opt in by checking the consent box on a branch's online application, by texting the branch first, or by giving written consent to branch staff. Consent is not a condition of applying or of employment.

Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your application and shift activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get no further texts unless you opt in again. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at sg@capstonetech.co or 347-749-2686.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
